ADVANCED V.G. - VARIABLE GEO  (TGL / GIGA)

SUPER CD-ROM 2 (JAPANESE VERSION)

It's well-known that Japanese men are totally addicted on games with girls, no matter if we talk about Digital Comic, RPG, shooter or any other type of game: if you add some cute girls wearing exciting clothes, be sure the chances of success will certainly grow.

Variable Geo, or simply V.G., is a fighting game series only with girls, and it has become a massive success in Japan. Among the systems with V.G games, we can name PC-98, X68000, Super Famicom and PC-ENGINE.

TGL and Giga are the names behind Advanced V.G. In this game, you can choose to play in Normal Mode, which works pretty much like Street Fighter II: pick any character and go fighting against all the other oponents. But there's also the Story Mode, in which you can play only with Yuka, V.G.'s main character. The game itself is almost the same as in the Normal Mode, but the amount of animes is greater.

Let's go further! Is the game good? Hmmm, I won't say it's a bad game, but V.G. games are so foccused on the girls looking that gameplay is quite often neglected. The controlling is good, but the game difficulty is not well balanced, making Advanced V.G. quite an easy game to be beaten. Besides, if we take some other aspects like musics, graphics and interest, we can easily say that Asuka 120% Burning Fest (similar fighting game) is unbelievably better than Advanced V.G.

Advanced V.G. will certainly please Hentai fans, since the girls are cute and use extremely short clothes. But if you're looking for a nice fighting game, be sure to choose Asuka 120% Burning Fest and Flash Hiders first.
